Listed Companies Policy

iVentures Investments (collectively, "We") exists to become the financial marketplace providing resourceful information of virtual companies operating within Second LifeTM (SL). We provide investors full transparency on the virtual companies consolidated financials listed on the Exchanges notably SL CAPEX, VSTEX, and ISE.

We have created a set of policies to ensure our protection of the listed virtual companies. The following policies may be revised at our discretion without notice:

- Listed companies must read Linden Labs TOS, Exchange Listing Policies, Privacy Policies, and Disclaimers. Links are provided under Info.

- Listed companies must adhere to the Exchange Policies, NOT iVentures Investment Policies. Exchange Policies always supersede iVentures Investments Policies.

- Listed companies will NOT intend to defraud investors by using iVentures Investments services.

- Listed companies will NOT use iVentures Investments database as an assurance that the statements are complete and accurate.

- Listed companies proved to have intent to defraud will NOT place iVentures Investments at liability.

- If the line item reported is not originally mapped to the line item of the Income Statement and/or Balance Sheet table, the line item would be mapped based on its stated description and commentary.

- If any CEOs and/or management believe the financial information is reported incorrectly, the CEOs and/or management MUST perform the following:
a) Update the monthly reporting financials in the Forum (either owned by the Company or the Exchange)
b) Submit the link of the update to iVentures Investments under Contact Us and state its request
c) The database will be updated ONLY after the update is made in the respective Forums and must provide a grace period of up to 5 business days.

- If any CEOs and/or management believe the financial information is mapped incorrectly, the CEOs and/or management MUST perform the following:
a) Submit the documentation and evidence as to why the CEOs/management believe the line item is reported incorrectly to iVentures Investments under Contact Us and state its request
b) The database will be updated ONLY after the update is made in the respective Forums and provide a grace period of up to 5 business days.

- iVentures Investments database will NOT be used for outside purposes including, but not limited to, tax or legal advice.
