This is a great price for invaluable financial information of the listed companies in the most respected Exchanges. CEOs, management, and investors can all utilize the information to make informative decisions. Fraud cannot be prevented, but we can mitigate investment risks.
For advertisements, pricing is based on the type of business. Businesses seeking to advertise pricing is $10 USD per month. Businesses seeking for private investors is $15 USD per month.

iVentures Investments Disclaimers for Investments and Listed Companies
We have created a set of disclaimers to ensure our protection of the investors
and the listed companies. The following disclaimers may be revised at our
discretion without notice:
- The financial information that is reported in the database is NOT owned
by iVentures Investments. The original reported information can be found
under the respective reporting company Forum within the Exchange the company
is listed.
- Investors trading should ONLY utilize the database for learning exposure
seeking to increase their knowledge of the financial market and NOT solely
for investment purposes.
- Investors will acknowledge that the information in the database does NOT
reflect the listed companies' intent to defraud its investors or to materially
misstate any financial information. For example, any listed company with
solid financials does NOT provide investors the assurance to invest more.
- Investors and listed companies will NOT use iVentures Investments database
as an assurance that the statements are complete and accurate.
- iVentures Investments will NOT be held liable for the use of its financial
information as complete and accurate.
- iVentures Investments will NOT be held liable if the companies financials
are materially misstated based upon the CEOs/management fraudulent activities
to its investors.
- We reserve the right to EXCLUDE any Exchanges that have deteriorated its
image over the course of the period.
- We reserve the right at any time to refuse any updates to be made as requested
by the CEOs/management without COMPLETE documentation and EVIDENCE of its
change.
- We will NOT update the database right after the company has reported its
financials. We will ONLY update the database of the companies' financials
ONLY AFTER the Exchange deadline has passed providing a grace period of
up to 5 business days.
- If the company is halted trading for any reason within the Exchange and
we believe the company is considered to be a risk of fraud, we reserve the
right to EXCLUDE the listed company completely. However, we will MAINTAIN
a record of the companies' financials in our database for future reference
upon the investors requests.
- Investors and listed companies CAN utilize the consolidated financial
information for any reason, but will NOT place iVentures Investments at
liability.
iVentures Investments Listed Companies Policy
We have created a set of policies to ensure our protection of the listed
virtual companies. The following policies may be revised at our discretion
without notice:
- Listed companies must read Linden Labs TOS, Exchange Listing Policies,
Privacy Policies, and Disclaimers. Links are provided under Info.
- Listed companies must adhere to the Exchange Policies, NOT iVentures Investment
Policies. Exchange Policies always supersede iVentures Investments Policies.
- Listed companies will NOT intend to defraud investors by using iVentures
Investments services.
- Listed companies will NOT use iVentures Investments database as an assurance
that the statements are complete and accurate.
- Listed companies proved to have intent to defraud will NOT place iVentures
Investments at liability.
- If the line item reported is not originally mapped to the line item of
the Income Statement and/or Balance Sheet table, the line item would be
mapped based on its stated description and commentary.
- If any CEOs and/or management believe the financial information is reported
incorrectly, the CEOs and/or management MUST perform the following:
a) Update the monthly reporting financials in the Forum (either owned by
the Company or the Exchange)
b) Submit the link of the update to iVentures Investments under Contact
Us and state its request
c) The database will be updated ONLY after the update is made in the respective
Forums and must provide a grace period of up to 5 business days.
- If any CEOs and/or management believe the financial information is mapped
incorrectly, the CEOs and/or management MUST perform the following:
a) Submit the documentation and evidence as to why the CEOs/management believe
the line item is reported incorrectly to iVentures Investments under Contact
Us and state its request
b) The database will be updated ONLY after the update is made in the respective
Forums and provide a grace period of up to 5 business days.
- iVentures Investments database will NOT be used for outside purposes including,
but not limited to, tax or legal advice.
iVentures Investments Exchanges Policy
We will continue to effectively communicate with the following Exchanges to
ensure a safe financial community and create a learning environment for potential
investors seeking to increase their knowledge of the financial market.
We have created a set of policies to ensure our protection of the Exchanges.
The following policies may be revised at our discretion without notice:
- Exchanges should continue to uphold strong ethical and financial reporting
standards of its listed companies.
- Exchanges that lax in financial reporting should strongly consider the best
interest of its investors in the transparency of information.
- iVentures Investments will consider notifying the Exchanges if we believe
certain companies raises a red flag or suspicious activity within our fraud
indicator that we operate internally.
- Exchanges should consider notifying iVentures Investments if they foresee
any suspicious activity of its listed companies to ensure that we notify the
financial market immediately.
- Exchanges should NOT use iVentures Investments consolidation of financial
reports as an assurance that the statements are complete and accurate, but ONLY
to create its own indicator through analytical procedures to determine if any
of its listed companies raise suspicious activity.
- Exchanges CAN utilize the consolidated financial information for any reason,
but will NOT place iVentures Investments at liability.
- Exchanges will be granted free access to the database.
